Settlement of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum with Shaykh Abu Turab, 1826
Properties, located at Ramjard in Fars, had been sold to Shaykh Abu Turab, the son of Shaykh Mufid, according to a previous contract. Now Mirza Abu al-Qasim Mir’ab, son of Mirza Muhammad, on behalf of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum (Bibi Sahib), the daughters of Mirza Ja‘far (the grandfather of the author of this document), claims that some of these properties are their share of inheritance. Thus, a settlement is signed between Mirza Abu al-Qasim, on behalf of Khadijah Sultan Baygum and Raziyah Sultan Baygum, and Shaykh Abu Turab for sixty tumans compensation.

Settlement, 1884
In September 1880, Mulla Muhammad Hadi, the son of Aqa Muhammad Mahdi, with his two brothers, Muhammad Riza Bayg and ‘Abd al-Majid, and his wife, Bibi Qamar al-Sultan, acting as witnesses, knowingly sells properties to Haji Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of Mulla Fazl‘ali, below market price. Subsequently, there is a dispute over the extent of price differential and other verbally agreed upon conditions. After much negotiation, the parties reach a settlement on 28 September 1884.

Settlement between Bibi Khanum Bihjat and her mother, Shari‘at al-Hajiyah, 1898
Bibi Khanum Bihjat, the daughter of Haji Mirza Muhammad Hashim, known as Haji Mirza Aqa Mustawfi, and the wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Ali the secretary, has transferred all her belongings, the value of which ranges between one to three thousand tumans, with no exceptions, to her mother Shari‘at al-Hajiyah, the daughter of Haj Mirza Aqa, the former representative of Shiraz, in exchange for one thousand dinars.

According to a previous document of inheritance and settlement, a house located in the Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, including the yard, trees, a well, and a kitchen, had been transferred from Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of the late Mulla Fazl‘ali, to his wife, Bibi Husná Jan, and his two daughters, Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah. Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans. Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan, the son of the late Ustad Ibrahim, sells two-sixths of a house in the Maydanshah neighborhood of Shiraz to Mashhadi Haydar the mason, the son of the late Karbalayi Husayn‘ali from Shiraz, for four hundred and fifty tumans (November 12, 1931); in a second transaction (December 5, 1931) Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan sells another one-sixth of the same house to Khanum ‘Uzma, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Kashmir, for two hundred tumans.
